I love fitness, I love trying new things with in the fitness realm. I Crossfit, Run, Bike, Mt. Bike, triathlon, and sometimes I do Handstands (why not). I am not great at any of these things but I sure do have a blast trying, and we laugh a lot! So here, lets talk Fitness, what I am doing, what I want to do, and what I just heard will help me get better.
